About the Role

Adidas Group is seeking a Store Keeper - Talent Pool to join their team in Hafar Al Batin or Al Khafji. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on contributing to store sales and profit targets through effective stockroom management and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective and organized stockroom area.
• Execute store operations, with a particular focus on product flow to and from the sales floor.
• Provide feedback and support to selected team members based on expertise and experience.

Operational Duties

• Monitor store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, and utilize available store resources to achieve or exceed them.
• Maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor, leveraging retail and commercial expertise.
• Serve as a role model for stockroom operations, ensuring deliveries are completed quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
• Accurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate supplies are maintained for an effective stockroom environment, including all merchandise within and around the vicinity.
• Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.

Team Collaboration and Development

• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
• Guide and train selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to understand and work towards sales and KPI targets.
• Strong organizational skills for stockroom management.
• Commitment to adhering to store policies and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in either Hafar Al Batin or Al Khafji, within a retail store environment. The role involves working as part of a team to achieve operational excellence and sales objectives.
