Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

The Role

The primary objective of this full-time role is to maximize Operations business performance through the maintenance of world-class Business and Quality Management Systems. The Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and adherence to high quality standards within the manufacturing environment in Al-Kharj.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Business and Quality Management Systems within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and products consistently meet world-class quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational performance and product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the DQA team within the manufacturing division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate quality processes and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, with a specific focus on quality assurance or quality management systems.
