Job Objective:
To ensure the accurate and effective management and analysis of operating costs to support management decisions, achieve efficiency in operations, and reduce unnecessary costs, thereby contributing to the company's financial goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Cost Analysis:
    • Prepare cost reports and analyze variances from budgets.
    • Compare actual costs with estimated costs and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Cost System Management:
    • Develop and manage a cost accounting system to improve data accuracy.
    • Design pricing models for products and services.
  • Cost Control:
    • Monitor operating expenses and provide accurate reports on financial performance.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs without affecting quality.
  • Budget Preparation:
    • Contribute to the preparation of budgets and long-term financial planning.
    • Track compliance with budgets and recommend adjustments when necessary.
  • Inter-departmental Cooperation:
    • Work with procurement and production teams to ensure a balance between quality and cost.
    • Provide necessary data and reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Practical experience ranging from 25 years in cost accounting or finance.

About the Role:

Requirements:
