Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new partner restaurants through various research methods and networking channels.
- Engage with potential partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Ninja's offerings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential partners.
- Negotiate terms of partnership agreements and close deals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
- Monitor sales metrics and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
