  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for expanding the company’s client base and product portfolio.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare weekly sales reports highlighting progress, challenges, and potential leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel fabrication, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication processes, and project cycles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong network of contacts in the construction and industrial sectors, with the ability to leverage connections to drive sales and create partnerships.
