Requirements:

Main Responsibilities:
Your role will involve:
  • Taking dictation and notes using shorthand and typing correspondence and reports.
  • Receiving and directing phone calls, answering inquiries, and ensuring proper message delivery.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining its records.
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating participant schedules, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (English, Business Administration, HR, Executive Secretariat).
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, PHRi, CISA, PMI, CILT.
Languages:
  • Arabic (Advanced)
  • English (Advanced)
Skills:
  • Proficient in communication services, document management software, email management, visit scheduling, and report preparation.
