At H&P, our people are our strength. We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Khobar.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for rotators and visitors.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Manage office janitorial services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Working Relationships:
Internal: Regular contact with all levels of employees and management. External: Contact with outside services, vendors, clients, job applicants, and visitors.
