Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Front Desk.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests.
- Manage and coordinate front office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team in maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer relations skills.
