Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement and contract activities including selecting reliable sources of supply.
  • Prepare and approve purchase orders and oversee contract supervision.
  • Implement comprehensive procurement procedures for the team.
  • Prepare procurement plans and budget cost estimates for key equipment and materials.
  • Evaluate vendor bids and make recommendations for award.
  • Monitor suppliers' performance and manage contract compliance.
  • Conduct procurement group audits and review purchase orders and contracts.
  • Ensure quality assurance practices and compliance with safety procedures.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 10 years in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
  • 5 years of experience as a contract specialist in the oil & gas industry.
