Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and directing them if needed.

Registering orders in the cashier system and issuing invoices accurately.

Collecting payments in cash or through electronic payment methods (credit cards, Apple Pay, etc.).

Ensuring the cash drawer balance at the beginning and end of each shift.

Resolving any issues related to financial transactions or invoices with customers.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.

Providing daily financial reports to the cafe manager.

Assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to available products and promotions.

Adhering to the café's quality and customer service standards.

Ensuring the quality of ingredients used and cleanliness of equipment at all times.

Complying with the measures and components of the recipes offered at the café to ensure the same flavor every time.

Making suggestions to customers about different drinks based on their preferences.

Cleaning the work area and equipment regularly to ensure a healthy environment.

Monitoring inventory and reporting any shortages of ingredients or tools.

Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the workflow is smooth and efficient.

Participating in the development and improvement of drink recipes and seasonal varieties.

Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages such as tea, coffee, and juices according to the café's standards.
