Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who take pride in their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives.
  • Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Monitor VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, taking appropriate action.
  • Attend daily meetings for special instructions.
  • Process check-outs before reporting rooms as vacant.
  • Receive and fulfill special requests from guests.
  • Inspect cleaned areas using checklists to ensure standards are met.
  • Document and report lost items to the lost and found department.
  • Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
  • Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants, providing feedback to superiors on their performance.
  • Assist with inventory maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:
You should ideally possess a diploma or vocational training in hospitality and have previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. Excellent written and spoken English skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and caring with good cross-cultural sensitivity, a focus on quality, and an eye for detail. You will perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a multicultural team and guests, possessing the following competencies:
