Qualifications & Experience:
You should ideally possess a diploma or vocational training in hospitality and have previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. Excellent written and spoken English skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be friendly and caring with good cross-cultural sensitivity, a focus on quality, and an eye for detail. You will perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a multicultural team and guests, possessing the following competencies:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives.
- Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
- Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Monitor VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, taking appropriate action.
- Attend daily meetings for special instructions.
- Process check-outs before reporting rooms as vacant.
- Receive and fulfill special requests from guests.
- Inspect cleaned areas using checklists to ensure standards are met.
- Document and report lost items to the lost and found department.
- Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
- Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants, providing feedback to superiors on their performance.
- Assist with inventory maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.
