Join Tayseer Finance as an Assistant Branch Manager!
Your role will encompass overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring its profitability through effective leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of financial advisors and customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Monitor branch performance and make adjustments as needed to drive profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and maintain a schedule of key account visits to build rapport.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.

  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
