Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing strategies aimed at key feeder markets.
  • Create and publish original, high-quality content.
  • Update and optimize the hotel's content across all channels and online listings.
  • Conduct competitive reviews to maintain content quality and appeal.
  • Manage the hotel’s social media presence effectively.
  • Monitor and optimize traffic acquisition leveraging SEO, Display, Paid Social, and Metasearch.
  • Support the execution of the emailing calendar in coherence with corporate strategies.
  • Provide creative ideas and best practices in content marketing and social media.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance.
  • Ensure rate parity across all online distribution channels.
  • Respond to online reviews to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma Holder.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office.
  • Knowledge of video and photo editing tools, basic HTML.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
