Are you a financial strategist with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving business growth? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, provide strategic insights, and help shape the financial future of our company.
About the Role:
As the Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our decision-making process, guiding financial planning, ensuring compliance, and unlocking opportunities for long-term growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to align financial operations with company goals, while mentoring a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with cross-department collaboration
- Prepare accurate financial reports and deliver actionable insights
- Oversee daily financial operations (A/P, A/R, payroll, compliance)
- Implement strong internal controls to protect company assets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations & auditing standards
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Optimize and enhance financial systems and processes
- Collaborate across departments to integrate financial planning into decision-making
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related (CFA/CPA or Master’s is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance leadership
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting & compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools (especially Excel!)
- Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & collaboration abilities

Job Summary
The financial manager oversees all financial operations related to the company’s activities in the hospitality and restaurant sector, including budget preparation, financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and leading the financial team with a focus on cost control and strategic financial planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily financial operations for the hospitality and restaurant branches
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Preparing and managing budgets, monitoring variances, and taking corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations, including zakat and VAT
- Leading and guiding the accounting team
- Analyzing branch profitability and suggesting improvement methods

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial or accounting roles in the hospitality and restaurant sector, with two years in a leadership position.
- Strong familiarity with financial reporting standards (IFRS or GAAP)
- Proficient in financial systems and Excel programs
- Knowledge of tax and financial regulations in the Kingdom
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
