Are you passionate about serving clients and enhancing employee experiences? MENAISCO is seeking a talented HR Specialist to manage human resource procedures and support our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the focal point between clients and employees.
  • Handle employee communications and relations; resolve requests.
  • Maintain complete project employee data.
  • Facilitate processes such as Visa, Iqama, vacations, air tickets, and medical insurance.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage health insurance programs and government processes for employee hiring.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated.
  • Support the recruitment process and track hiring needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR reporting.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
  • Strong knowledge of national HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
