Are you passionate about serving clients and enhancing employee experiences? MENAISCO is seeking a talented HR Specialist to manage human resource procedures and support our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point between clients and employees.
- Handle employee communications and relations; resolve requests.
- Maintain complete project employee data.
- Facilitate processes such as Visa, Iqama, vacations, air tickets, and medical insurance.
- Create, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and structures.
- Manage health insurance programs and government processes for employee hiring.
- Design and implement effective training and development plans.
- Conduct quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated.
- Support the recruitment process and track hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR reporting.
