Job IntroductionWe are looking for dedicated and proactive Human Resources Specialists to join our project sites in Tabuk and Jeddah. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring effective coordination between site teams and the head office.
Main Responsibilities- Handling recruitment activities, including sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Managing employee relations and providing support for HR inquiries at the site level.
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, and personnel files.
- Assisting with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying the required data.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
- Coordinating training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Preparing HR reports and communicating updates to the head office.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in project-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Saudi labor law (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Ability to relocate or work in Tabuk or Jeddah sites.
