Be part of a revolutionary change at PMI, where we are transforming our business towards smoke-free products. As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll execute processes according to PMI’s global standards while ensuring compliance with local legislation and high-quality service.

Role Purpose
In this role, you will:
  • Support the complete employee life cycle through P&C operations.
  • Leverage data analytics to co-create and efficiently deploy HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company procedures.
  • Administer benefits and coordinate relations with benefits vendors.
  • Work in tandem with payroll providers and the Shared Service Center.

Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates should have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in FMCG.
  • Familiarity with KSA local labor laws and government portals (QIWA & GOSI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in both English and Arabic.

  • Strong knowledge of national HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
