Role Overview:
The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Overseeing employee benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
  • Supporting employee relations.
  • Collaborating with management to enhance HR practices and programs.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
