Role Overview:
The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including:

Developing and implementing HR policies.
Overseeing employee benefits administration.
Ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Supporting employee relations.
Collaborating with management to enhance HR practices and programs.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:

Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management.
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
