Role PurposeIn this role, you will:
- Support the complete employee life cycle through P&C operations.
- Leverage data analytics to co-create and efficiently deploy HR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company procedures.
- Administer benefits and coordinate relations with benefits vendors.
- Work in tandem with payroll providers and the Shared Service Center.
Who We’re Looking ForIdeal candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Familiarity with KSA local labor laws and government portals (QIWA & GOSI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in both English and Arabic.
