As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in leading kitchen operations, preparing and serving an array of dishes, and supervising junior kitchen brigade members. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food, beverages, materials, and equipment needed for service.
  • Cook and serve dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
  • Guide and supervise kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants, and Stewards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the working area.
  • Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the manager to communicate hotel activities and operational requirements.
  • Support the People Services Manager to enhance departmental performance.
  • Provide on-the-job training to staff and maintain records of their progress.
  • Participate in new staff orientations and ensure policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with management on departmental budgeting and financial targets.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and promote recycling.
  • Log security incidents per hotel requirements and communicate relevant information to superiors.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs arise.
