Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth seating experience for guests.
- Manage the reservation system and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment.
- Support the waitstaff and management team in delivering exemplary service.
Qualifications:
- Open to Saudi Nationals only.
- Little to no work experience required; fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic English communication skills are essential.
- A strong passion for the hospitality field and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player who proactively assists co-workers and can work flexibly depending on departmental needs.
- Maintain calmness and courtesy while focusing on guest needs.
