Join Our Team as an HR Officer!
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team at Hamad M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and participate in all recruitment processes including collecting applications and facilitating candidate assessments.
  • Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Prepare the induction frameworks by coordinating with relevant departments for full orientations.
  • Review job descriptions to ensure proper alignment with salary grades and classifications.
  • Communicate the outcomes of interviews and manage recruitment paperwork.
  • Coordinate logistics for new staff and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Ensure all required documents are properly collected from new hires.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills, a commitment to excellence in recruitment, and the ability to engage and support new staff throughout their onboarding journey.
