Required Qualifications:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Taqat, Labor Office, Social Insurance).
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor system, salary calculations, end-of-service entitlements, and annual leave.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
- Advanced experience with Excel software.
