At منتجع شاطيء الغروب للترفية, we are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Operations Specialist to support our HR functions and enhance our workforce management. This role is critical in ensuring efficient employee attendance monitoring and adherence to HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee attendance tracking procedures for all employees across branches.
  • Manage various types of leave including sick, emergency, and annual leave according to company policies.
  • Respond to employee complaints, queries, and requests professionally while escalating issues as needed.
  • Update employee records and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of HR-related information.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a minimum of a three-year post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or equivalent fields.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in monitoring staff attendance.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
