Key Responsibilities:
- Application Handling: Acknowledge employment requests within 48 hours, ensuring all applicants receive personalized responses and timely scheduling of interviews.
- Kempinski Recruitment Website: Maintain and update the hotel page, posting all vacancies appropriately.
- On-boarding: Personally welcome new joiners and ensure their paperwork is efficiently completed.
- Administration: Keep complete employee files, maintain payroll data, and track leaves and anniversaries.
- Maintenance: Ensure employee communication boards are attractive and that the locker rooms and cafeteria are well-kept.
- Exit: Conduct exit interviews and provide employment certificates to leavers as appropriate.
