We are seeking a qualified HR Manager to oversee and manage HR operations in our Riyadh office. This role is vital for ensuring compliance with labor laws and facilitating employee relations within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage employee records, and handle HR audits.
  • Employee Relations: Address grievances and disciplinary issues, serve as an HR advisor, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Align staffing needs, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage benefits programs in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
  • HR Systems Management: Support data integrity in HRIS and provide analytics for decision-making.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance policies and support department heads with employee performance issues.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and coordinate wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing multi-functional HR responsibilities.

Job Purpose
