• HR Manager: Manage Saudi Labor relations, GOSI, and employee documentation.

• Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Assist the Office Director in developing company policies and HR plans.
• Facilitate government liaison work related to human resources.
• Train office staff on the use of systems such as GOSI, QIWA, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in either Chinese/Arabic or English/Arabic.
• Proficient with GOSI, QIWA, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Hardworking, available for overtime, and willing to travel.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Support employee relations processes.
• Drive operational efficiency within the HR department.

• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor laws.
• Experience in managing HR processes and outsourcing agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Available to join immediately.

• Recruitment & Talent Management: Drive recruitment efforts, manage the talent acquisition process, collaborate with departmental managers, and create job offers.
• Employee Relations: Build relationships with all levels of employees, advise managers on employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee day-to-day HR administration, prepare payroll, and manage employee queries.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage the performance review process and support compensation benchmarking exercises.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in HR
• 5+ years in an HR function, with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Full understanding of KSA Labor Law
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
