In this pivotal role, you will support the General Manager in all strategic, organizational, and operational HR matters for a luxury hotel property. You will be integral in driving organizational performance through effective recruitment, development, and engagement of a capable team, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Business Partner to support ambitious business objectives through an effective HR strategy.
  • Provide coaching and support to the leadership team on organizational and people management issues.
  • Enhance employer branding and implement innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring effective onboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement through communication and activities, addressing staff grievances proactively.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Oversee HR administration and compliance with Kempinski standards and local laws, including payroll services.
  • Lead the HR team in managing recruitment, administration, and employee accommodations.
  • Project manage the implementation of global HR initiatives and enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant university degree in business administration, HR management or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in local language and English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of local labor law, HR operations, and experience with HR information systems.

  • Outstanding graphic and written communication skills with the ability to create independent reports and presentations.
  • Proficient in developing conceptual urban design plans and working independently.
