Job Responsibilities:
  • Culture and Performance Management:
    Promote a culture of accountability, entrepreneurship, and engagement. Collaborate with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management:
    Oversee recruitment processes and support Saudization initiatives. Facilitate career development and succession planning to cultivate leadership talent.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
    Ensure HR practices comply with local laws and global ethics standards. Lead training on compliance and ethical conduct.
  • Employee Relations and Communication:
    Foster positive employee relations and handle grievance and disciplinary cases fairly. Promote transparency and trust within the organization.
  • HR Operations and Administration:
    Manage HR operations including payroll and benefits. Process necessary documentation in a timely manner and monitor HR metrics for effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s or HR certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, GCC labor laws, and effective communication skills.
