Your Main Duties:- Maximize crime prevention by maintaining security officer presence throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with hotel colleagues to instill security awareness and adherence to procedures.
- Review daily arrival lists to identify potential security risks and communicate them to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities including police and immigration.
- Oversee statutory fire and emergency training for all staff.
About You:The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years in security management, with a background in Police, Military, or Security fields.
- Expertise in crisis and risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with fire-fighting and CCTV equipment.
- First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
