Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing targeted marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of Starlinks’ Freight & Transportation (F&T) services. This role will manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, create customer-focused campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads and position Starlinks as a leader in logistics and freight solutions.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing targeted marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of Starlinks’ Freight & Transportation (F&T) services. This role will manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, create customer-focused campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads and position Starlinks as a leader in logistics and freight solutions.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Develop and execute ABM programs targeting high-value F&T accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create account plans, customer personas, and tailored marketing strategies.
- Design personalized marketing journeys based on account needs and buying cycles.
- Measure ABM campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
- Brand Development and Positioning
- Assist in creating F&T sales decks, brochures, landing pages, and LinkedIn content.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all F&T customer touchpoints, highlighting expertise, reliability, and regional excellence.
- Leverage internal subject matter experts (*, operational leaders) in marketing storytelling.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel F&T campaigns (email, paid media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events).
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams on campaign timelines.
- Manage and update marketing content calendars specific to Freight and Transportation.
- CRM and Lead Management
- Work closely with the CRM team to manage F&T customer databases (HubSpot).
- Support sales enablement through lead nurturing, newsletters, and proactive communication flows.
- Track and report on campaign performance through CRM dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with B2B, Relocation, and Ecommerce marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams to incorporate certifications, pricing desks, and service innovations into marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in freight, logistics, or transportation sectors.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and campaign management.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong content creation and messaging development abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Knowledge of Saudi, GCC, or broader Middle East logistics markets is a plus.
