Join Our Team as a Marketing Communications Specialist!

We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) Marketing Communications Specialist who will lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to promote our technology-driven products and services.

Job Purpose:
This role involves generating inbound leads, crafting compelling messaging, managing the creation of marketing materials, and ensuring strong brand communication across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communications and Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, digital, events, etc.) to generate inbound leads.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
  • Content Creation and Marketing Material:
    • Lead the creation of high-quality content in Arabic and English.
    • Collaborate with designers for creating presentations and visual assets.
  • Lead Generation and Performance Management:
    • Own performance of inbound lead generation, ensuring optimization of funnels.
    • Monitor marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Case Study and Portfolio Development:
    • Curate case studies showcasing real-world applications of our services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead nurturing strategies.

Preferred Traits:
- Results-oriented and capable of strong project management.
- Strong storytelling abilities.

Performance Metrics:
- Increase in qualified inbound leads.
- Volume and engagement of content produced.

    • Support sales enablement through lead nurturing, newsletters, and proactive communication flows.
    • Track and report on campaign performance through CRM dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with B2B, Relocation, and Ecommerce marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging.

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in freight, logistics, or transportation sectors.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and campaign management.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong content creation and messaging development abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Knowledge of Saudi, GCC, or broader Middle East logistics markets is a plus.
