About the Role
Nazih Group, a pioneer in the beauty industry established in 1975, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! If you have a flair for content creation, performance marketing, and brand storytelling across digital platforms, this might be the perfect role for you.

Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our digital efforts, leading campaigns, analyzing performance, and enhancing our online presence. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver creative, data-driven strategies that engage our audience and boost results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, etc.)
  • Lead social media content creation and community engagement to grow brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze web traffic and user behavior using analytic tools, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for performance, SEO, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, sales, product managers) to align on messaging and campaign goals.
  • Create compelling content and communication strategies tailored to target audiences.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Campaign Management.
  • Experience with Web Analytics, SEO/SEM, and Online Advertising.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Deep understanding of evolving digital marketing trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus.
