About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef (Burger) at THG (Takara Hospitality Group) located in Al Khobar. The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of the burger kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene. Additionally, the Head Chef will lead and train kitchen staff, manage food costs, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications
  • Extensive culinary skills, particularly in burger preparation and related cuisine.
  • Experience in creating and innovating menus.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
