• Issuing and following up purchase orders for all suppliers.
• Updating the delivery list of warehouses and showrooms to deliver Jarir orders and following up on the orders raised by departments.
• Ordering uniforms for all departments in need.
• Collecting at least three quotes from different suppliers for any order.
• Requesting materials used periodically for exhibitions or internal office use.
• Recording all expenses in the joint sheet according to departments and employees who submitted the requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in the English language.
