As an Internal Purchasing Representative, you will play a vital role in meeting the demand requirements by ordering the correct amount of stock efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring healthy inventory levels. Your main responsibilities include:

As an Internal Purchasing Representative, you will play a vital role in meeting the demand requirements by ordering the correct amount of stock efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring healthy inventory levels. Your main responsibilities include:
- Comparing current suppliers' prices with other suppliers in the market.
- Issuing and following up purchase orders for all suppliers.
- Updating the delivery list of warehouses and showrooms to deliver Jarir orders and following up on the orders raised by departments.
- Ordering uniforms for all departments in need.
- Collecting at least three quotes from different suppliers for any order.
- Requesting materials used periodically for exhibitions or internal office use.
- Recording all expenses in the joint sheet according to departments and employees who submitted the requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language.
