As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting all reception and spa public area duties while preparing for a future in Spa leadership or operational roles.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reception area, including food and beverage offerings, retail, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Respond to guest bookings and queries in a professional manner.
• Promote and up-sell spa services and retail items.
• Abide by the spa's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies & Forms Manuals.
• Maintain knowledge of Kempinski The Spa treatments, services, and products, advising guests accordingly.
• Record reservations and manage appointment schedules.
• Conduct confirmation calls and check guests in and out, following payment and cash handling procedures.
• Update and manage client profiles, preparing daily reports as per SOP.
• Remain informed about other resort activities and actively promote them.
• Handle guest queries or small complaints confidently and maintain complete discretion.
• Ensure a clean and neat working environment and sufficient supplies.
