- Leading customer experience initiatives in the store.
- Planning team succession.
- Enhancing talent through job training.
- Overseeing daily store operations.
- Supporting customers and ensuring policy compliance.
- Promoting loyalty programs and increasing sales.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality or treated as a Saudi citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
