Join ProBuild Global as a Procurement Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that the organization meets its purchasing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
  • Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitor the quality of service provided.
  • Maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers and manage procurement staff.
  • Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams such as supply chain, planning, marketing, IT, and sales.
  • Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules, and quality.
  • Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets are met.
  • Analyze data, prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports on spending and saving.
  • Attend meetings and trade conferences while maintaining good supplier relations.
  • Oversee inventory and place orders when supplies run low.
  • Propose creative methodologies for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Manage virtual teams and collect input from various partners (Sales/Marketing/Finance/Legal).
