Position Overview
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a related role from 12 years of experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills:
    Know-how of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Familiarity with office equipment (*, printers, fax machines).
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Customer-focused with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    Positive and approachable personality.
    Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
