- Maintain and manage visitor logs and caller information.
- Coordinate and assist with deliveries and courier services.
- Maintain the aesthetic and functional condition of the reception area.
- Book meeting rooms and keep them organized.
- Support the office manager in organizing events and other administrative duties as required.
