Job Description:
You will be responsible for receiving visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate reference. In addition, you will handle phone calls and maintain records of visitors.

Main Tasks:
  • Receiving visitors and clients, welcoming them, and identifying their needs.
  • Providing visitors with the required information and informing the concerned reference.
  • Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Making internal communications to obtain information.
  • Arranging interview appointments and recording the names of reviewers and clients.
  • Full compliance with procedural guides and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:
You must have a three-year diploma after high school in executive secretarial studies, in addition to advanced customer service skills and proficiency in English.
