About the job:
Join KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions as a Recruitment Leader to provide value-added solutions across various asset life cycles. Your role will involve collaborating with different business units within KBR Saudi Arabia, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of top talents across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment team to achieve operational delivery targets.
  • Deliver weekly management information reporting.
  • Act as a business partner to departments, guiding recruitment needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement innovative candidate attraction methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and recruitment teams.
  • Promote compliance with recruitment processes and Employment Law.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Successful track record in recruitment within the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Engineering sectors.
  • Experience leading a recruitment team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
  • 10+ years of recruitment experience and 5+ years in the KSA market.

Qualifications:
A degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
