We are looking for a strong, organized, and proactive Recruitment Specialist to handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing hiring pipelines and onboarding. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct interviews, follow up on hiring needs, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels to attract top talent.
- Interviewing & Selection: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Follow-Up & Coordination: Track recruitment progress, update stakeholders, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers, handle documentation, and support a seamless onboarding experience.
- Recruitment Strategy: Work with management to develop hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws, and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and recruitment pipelines simultaneously. Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ATS software and MS Office tools.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in high-volume recruitment. Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
