Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in HVAC Mechanical and Energy Saving solutions. This role will focus on managing and growing business in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, with a base in Al Khobar.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Open new business opportunities by penetrating mega projects in the Eastern Region.
  • Manage accounts with key contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain and expand client base, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license, own a car, and have a transferable Iqama.

Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant sales experience. Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical and Energy Saving solutions is preferred. Experience managing accounts with large contractors and consultants.

Language:
Arabic, English
