Roles & Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to satisfy their requirements.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Supply management with insights on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Medical Laboratory, Hematology, Molecular Diagnostics, etc.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiar with BRM and CRM practices.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales record.
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Able to create and deliver tailored presentations.
- Valid driving license.
