Join Hilton as a Sales Executive!
At Hilton, we are seeking a Sales Executive who will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to create future business opportunities for our hotel in Al Khobar.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Analyze local market trends and identify new business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to promote the hotel.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Implement creative local marketing strategies, including via social media.
  • Prepare company contracts aligned with current business conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend sales events as required.
  • Produce timely reports to support the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in sales with a successful closing record is crucial. Familiarity with the local market and hospitality is preferred.
