Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of PPE products, including safety gear and respiratory protection.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate PPE solutions.
- Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and compliance standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a well-organized showroom display and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; background in sales.
- Previous sales experience, especially in apparel, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
