Join Our Team as a Waiter!
At Crystal Enterprises Contracting Co., we pride ourselves on being a leading name in the construction and engineering sectors. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Position: Barista

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the beverage preparation area.
  • Engage with customers professionally and provide beverage recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality setting.
• Skilled in using espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and basic latte art is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic English proficiency preferred; Arabic is a plus.

Position: Waiter

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and present menus.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
  • Ensure dining tables and service areas are clean and organized.
  • Process billing and handle customer transactions professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience in a customer-facing F&B role.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.

General Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Roles require standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
