Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers during working hours at the reception area.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally in the reception office.
• Price and inspect vehicles upon customer arrival.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts.
• Transfer customers to the Customer Service Department after vehicle delivery.
• Manage internal complaints and escalate external complaints to the Customer Service Department.
• Maintain visitor logbook and submit daily reports.
• Ensure the front area is clear of vehicles.
• Respond to customer inquiries about maintenance and services related to contracts.

Communication:
Internal collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Department, Sales Coordinator, and Customer Service Team is essential, along with professional external interactions with customers.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and pricing is an advantage.
